Processing Time

Each order is lovingly handmade, so please allow 3–5 working days for your order to be prepared before dispatch.

For seasonal pre-orders (like my Christmas edits), the estimated dispatch date will be clearly stated in the product description.

🌸 Shipping Options (UK Only)

All orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 24 or 48.

You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched, along with tracking details.

Estimated delivery times:

• Tracked 24: 1–2 working days

• Tracked 48: 2–4 working days

Please note that delivery times may vary slightly during busy postal periods.

🌼 Local Collection

If you’re local to Haywards Heath, you can select local collection at checkout. I’ll be in touch to arrange a convenient time for pick-up.

💫 Damages or Issues

I take great care in packaging each item safely. If your order arrives damaged or something isn’t right, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with photos so I can make it right.

🌿 Returns

Due to the handmade and perishable nature of flowers, I don’t accept returns or exchanges, but please reach out if there’s an issue with your order — I always want you to be delighted with your purchase.
