Welcome to A Little Wild Beauty! I’m so glad you’re here. Below are a few important details about shopping with me, just to keep everything clear and transparent.

Order Processing

Each item is handmade with love, often using flowers I’ve dried myself in my studio. This means some pieces — especially custom or made-to-order designs — may take up to 10–14 working days to complete, depending on flower availability and drying times.

If your order is time-sensitive, please feel free to contact me before placing it - I’ll always do my best to accommodate where I can.

I’ll keep you updated throughout the process, and you’ll receive a confirmation once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery

All items are shipped via Royal Mail. You’ll receive a confirmation once your item is on its way. Delivery times may vary slightly depending on the season and postal service delays, especially during busy periods like Christmas.

I currently only ship within the UK.

Custom Orders

Many of my pieces are one-of-a-kind or made to order using seasonal flowers. If you have a specific colour palette, occasion, or request in mind, you can leave a note at checkout under special requests, or contact me directly before placing your order.

Due to the natural and handmade nature of each piece, small variations may occur – but I promise each item will be made with care and attention to detail.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the delicate, handmade nature of my work — especially with fresh, dried, or preserved flowers — I’m unable to accept returns or offer refunds unless the item arrives damaged.

If something has arrived and isn’t quite right, please get in touch with me within 48 hours of delivery and I’ll do everything I can to help resolve it which may involve you sending it back to me. 

Sustainability

A Little Wild Beauty is rooted in thoughtful design and sustainability. I use locally grown flowers where possible, and often repurpose leftover blooms into dried or pressed floral art to reduce waste.

Your packaging will be as eco-conscious as I can make it, with recycled or compostable materials wherever possible.
