Spreading Floral Kindness in Haywards Heath & Surrounding Areas    

Each month, I gift a free Jam Jar of Joy to someone local who could use a little love.

Whether they’re going through a tough time, always putting others first, or simply deserve a moment of beauty - this is for them. One small bunch of seasonal flowers, made with heart and given just because.

To take part, simply fill out the short form below to tell me who you’re nominating and why. It could be a friend, a neighbour, a family member. someone who is going through a tough time, always puts other first or simply just because.

I will read through every nomination and carefully choose one person to receive that month’s Jam Jar of Joy. If your nomination is chosen, I’ll be in touch to arrange collection from me here in Haywards Heath.

I’ll then create a seasonal jam jar arrangement (often using leftover blooms or flowers from my garden/allotment), ready for you or your nominee to collect - a little burst of beauty to brighten their day.

Nominations stay open, so you can submit someone new each month - or even the same person again.
